General Information

Insta Glass's primary Telford location processes all household measurements and quotations. This location houses our residential staff offices, product manufacturing/warehousing, and the dispatch of all Insta Glass trucks.

Deposits

Usually, a deposit (usually 50%) is expected to be paid when placing an order or scheduling a job with Insta Glass over a certain $$ $ $$$ amount. Please note that a templating or measurement charge is integrated into your overall cost estimate - if you want your product supply only (and not installed), it may subsequently be added to the total. Until the consumer orders their product from Insta Glass, all the design and measurement services performed before the sale are considered the sole property of Insta Glass.

Estimates & Quotes

Unless performing a field measurement, all Insta Glass quotes you get addressed over the phone or in our showroom/store locations (for almost any type of residential jobs) are considered approximate.

Every pricing depends upon the measurement-dependent, except explicitly stated in writing as an official quotation. Any significant difference in product measured vs. product quoted will void the showroom estimate even if written. All quotes you get with Insta Glass are generally valid for 30 days, are accessible at the time of measuring, and carry no obligation until the day of order.

Additional Information

Unlike other competitors, Insta Glass does not use any "flat pricing" models for its services or products. While our quoting techniques necessitate measurements and a physical estimate (which takes a little longer), we assure you that your quote suits your position accurately.

Flat pricing schemes with Insta Glass frequently overcharge clients for the actual product given, frequently rely on "standard sizes" that may not suit your home, and frequently hit customers with after-job surcharges that transpire suppressed in the original estimate. Customers should insist on specific quotations for exact products, especially if they attempt to restrain federal energy tax credits or rely on a quote for real estate settlement.
